Dock in Three, Four, and Five are modern and sophisticated office buildings located in the area of the former Libeň docks, which are currently undergoing revitalization and development. These buildings are designed according to the latest architectural trends, providing contemporary office space with views of the banks of two dead-end arms of the Vltava River in the Karlín and Libeň area. This location offers not only working space near the city center but also a peaceful retreat by the river, ideal for relaxing during a busy workday.

The buildings benefit from excellent transport options, with the B metro line just a 4-minute walk away and tram stops within a 2-minute walk. They are also well-connected to major road routes and in close proximity to the Blanka Tunnel. The popular Vltava cycle path surrounds the office buildings, providing a scenic route along the river to Troja and beyond. The entire area is being transformed, not only with the construction of office buildings but also with residential buildings, emphasizing its modern character.

Nekap was responsible for the waterproofing of the underground structure, along with waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. For these areas, the Manorteq WaterBar Rigid system was proposed to the design team to be used in combination with the Xypex Admix C-Series and provide a complete waterproof solution.

The incorporation of the Manorteq WaterBar Rigid KJ into the slab ensured a complete seal was created at the transition to the wall. As Manorteq offers as a full interconnecting system, the Manorteq WaterBar Rigid CJ was then installed in specified construction joints and connected to the Manorteq WaterBar Rigid KJ using tie-wire.

To allow for larger pours, the Manorteq WaterBar Rigid CI was also installed at designated construction joints. By inducing a controlled aesthetically pleasing waterproof crack, the inclusion of the Manorteq WaterBar Rigid CI was ultimately able to increase the speed of concrete placement and reduce overall the construction timeframe.

By utilising the complete Xypex and Manorteq solution, provided by one supplier, Manorteq products were able to complete the waterproofing and protect the structure against the harsh natural environment.
