NonShrink Products
Manorteq NonShrink grouting helps with the continuity of the crystalline waterproofing, dealing with small voids where concrete cannot be poured.
Intended specifically for small areas, it can seal anchoring screws, creating watertight areas in walls, ceilings and floors, reservoirs, and tanks where Xypex Admix or Xypex Concentrate has been used in the construction.
All Manorteq NonShrink products have been developed specifically to create a waterproof barrier, utilising the Xypex Technology Inside.
Due to the crystallization process within the pore system of the product, NonShrink Grout continues the crystallization waterproofing system within the mass of the concrete by addressing the cast in voids.
The NonShrink products are suitable and recommended to waterproof voids in:
- Anchor holes
- Concrete walls
- Concrete soffits
- Concrete slabs
- Reservoirs
- Concrete tanks
- Under machinery
where Xypex Admix C-Series has been used in the original construction.
Waterproofing Capability
* Whilst a perfect application at these thicknesses will provide a waterproof layer, there is, however, a higher probability of imperfections in the application which would compromise the integrity of the waterproofing.
** At these thicknesses, Manorteq products will be waterproof when applied in strict accordance with the installation procedures laid out in the Technical Data Sheets.
