Pragovka E Factory

E Factory stands at the heart of the spacious 22-hectare project knows as Pragovka Art District, located within the historic industrial center of Prague 9 – Vysočany. Once an integral part of Prague’s industrial landscape, it has transformed into a contemporary district, providing a mix of office spaces, business facilities, and event venues.

Spanning over 27,000 square meters, E Factory includes spaces for art galleries, studios, business units, cafes, restaurants, sports and training facilities, cultural events, co-working areas, and traditional offices. The project is meticulously designed to upgrade the building’s amenities while preserving its unique industrial heritage and character.
