Plaza Roztyly

Plaza Roztyly is a modern office development located in Prague 11, directly adjacent to the Roztyly metro station on line C. Completed in March 2024, the building provides approximately 21,700 m² of office space across seven floors, complemented by 1,600 m² of retail space on the ground floor.

Particular attention was given to the long-term waterproofing of the underground structure. Manorteq WaterBar Rigid System was incorporated as a key component of the waterproofing solution, providing reliable protection for construction joints, penetrations, and other critical details. In combination with Xypex Admix C-1000 NF, the system ensured durable, integral waterproofing of the concrete structure. The waterproofing works were carried out by Nekap, who provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
