Port 7 is a multifunctional project located in Prague 7 Holešovice, and is being constructed by Skanska between the Prague-Holešovice railway station and the Vltava River. This development will comprise a total of 35,000 square meters of commercial space, including 31,000 square meters of Class A offices and 4,000 square meters of retail space. The project consists of seven towers with terraces, of which three buildings will be administrative (Alexandria, Dover, Edinburgh).
Approximately 35,850 square meters of office space will be available to tenants. Although they may appear as solitary masts from the outside, all the buildings will be connected underground by a single car park with a capacity of 261 spaces.
As the Port 7 project is situated on the bank of the Vltava River, its foundation is exposed to ground waters. In order to ensure effective waterproofing, Xypex products were selected.
Nekap was responsible for the waterproofing of the underground structure, which included the use of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF as part of the waterproofing system, along with waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. Nekap provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
