Family House in Ljubuški

The SD Raspudić residential building is a modern family home situated in the picturesque city of Ljubuški.

Designed with durability and longevity in mind, the contractor opted to utilise Manorteq ancillary products to waterproof the below-grade structure. As products that offer high-performance waterproofing to new construction, the Manorteq waterbar range sealed the construction joints and tie-bolts of the concrete to create an impermeable concrete mass, when installed with Xypex Admix C-Series.

The entire underground structure of the building was waterproofed using this well-proven system approach of Manorteq and Xypex products. As all Manorteq jointing ancillaries are specifically developed to have a synergy with the Xypex waterproofing system, it is possible for contractors to provide a simple, effective, and cost-efficient way of completing the waterproofing.

As in many projects worldwide, Manorteq products were able to ensure structural integrity and long-term protection against moisture-related issues.
