Tesla Hloubětín

The Tesla Hloubětín multifunctional complex is located in one of Prague’s rapidly developing districts, offering an attractive blend of residential living and urban connectivity. The project benefits from excellent transport links, with tram stops on Poděbradská Street and the Hloubětín metro station (Line B) just three minutes away.

The development provides a varied residential offering, including compact apartments well suited to singles and investment purposes, as well as larger family apartments with generous terraces and panoramic views over Prague.

A key element of the project was the long-term protection of the underground structure. Manorteq products formed an integral part of the waterproofing solution, with Manorteq Rigid Waterbars System installed at construction joints, penetrations and other critical details to ensure reliable watertight performance. In combination with Xypex Admix C-1000 NF, the system delivered durable, integral waterproofing of the concrete structure. The waterproofing works were carried out by Nekap, who provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
