Urban Gardens

The Urbani Vrtovi (Urban Gardens) project by GSB PROJEKT d.o.o. is a modern construction initiative aimed at integrating green spaces into the urban landscape of Mostar.

Designed to promote sustainability and environmental well-being, the project focused on creating functional and eco-friendly residential and commercial spaces that incorporate dedicated green areas, rooftop gardens, and landscaped courtyards as well as below-ground garage parking spaces.

As part of a luxury development, Manorteq products were selected for their high-performance and proven history of durability and stability in many projects, especially those containing Xypex Admix C-Series.

Manorteq solutions for concrete intersections work in synergy with the structure and become an integral element of the waterproofing solution, whether in a below-ground structure, swimming pool or green space.
